Different cultures, age groups, genders?? work together here. This does not work smoothly. Technology also presents us with new problems every day.

There are companies that have published a “moral compass”. We are not there yet. However, formulating such a compass in writing is one of our goals. The term “cooperative” is hardly understood in Germany; worldwide, especially in socialist countries, the term is perhaps even more damaged. We think that the term reflects some parts of our attitude.

  • technologically modern
  • correct
  • friendly
  • ready for adventure
  • ....

We see ourselves as a European company with strong roots in Germany - thanks to the socialization of the managing directors Steffi Wagner and Thomas Seewald. We adhere to sensible rules such as requesting and writing invoices, paying taxes, negotiating wages fairly, etc.

Nevertheless, we see that there are downward spirals in our field of work - led by regulations and people in positions who have never been poor themselves, ....,

It is a coincidence that we have our headquarters in Cyprus, but we are not sad about it.


We try to take their concerns into account when dealing with our external partners - but we cannot cover every specific case. The hope here is that, together with our partners, we will find ways to do this that are as uniform as possible. Niches remain - with us - and alongside us.

The market should be big enough for some even (apparently) identical companies.
